Oct 16(LTIT) –As updated by Shanghai Metals Market, average spot alumina price in China has decreased by RMB 14 per tonne on Wednesday, 14 October 2020 to stand at RMB 2320 per tonne, after remaining flat at 2334 per tonne since September 21.

Alumina prices in Shandong and Henan have declined by RMB 5 per tonne and RMB 20 per tonne to stand at RMB 2320 per tonne each. The prices of alumina in  Shanxi, Guizhou, Guangxi China markets have dropped  by RMB 10 per tonne each to stand at RMB 2310 per tonne, RMB 2345 per tonne and RMB 2345 per tonne on Wednesday, 14 October 2020.

Alumina (Imported) price has reduced to RMB 2340 per tonne, representing a drop of RMB 10 per tonne after remaining unchanged at RMB 2350 per tonne since September 14. The average price is expected to move within a range of RMB 2320-2360 per tonne.

A00 aluminium ingot price has climbed by RMB 250 per tonne to stand at RMB 14720 per tonne on Monday, 07 September 2020, from Friday’s price of RMB 14470 per tonne. The price is expected to range at RMB 14700-14740 per tonne.

In Foshan and Wuxi, the price has risen by RMB 30 per tonne and RMB 10 per tonne to stand at RMB 14840 per tonne and RMB 14980 per tonne. Aluminium prices in Hangzhou and Chongqing have come in at RMB 14980 per tonne and 14965 per tonne, up RMB 15 per tonne and RMB 5 per tonne.

Aluminium ingot prices in Shenyang, Tianjin, Linyi and Gongyi have increased to stand at RMB 14965 per tonne, RMB 14940 per tonne, RMB 14930 per tonne and RMB 14860 per tonne.
