China's stainless steel exports remained stable in August

Sep 29 (LTIT) –According to customs data, in August 2020, China's stainless steel exports totaled 269,200 tons, an increase of 11,000 tons from the previous month, an increase of about 3.91%, and a year-on-year decrease of 21.17%. The total import volume was 134,400 tons, a month-on-month decrease of 55,000 tons, a decrease of about 29.22%.

 

The export volume of stainless steel in August increased slightly compared with that in July, with a total export volume of nearly 269,200 tons.

 

Since May, it has basically been in a relatively stable state, with small changes in export volume, which is still at a low level year-on-year, and it is expected that the export volume of stainless steel will remain in this state in the later period.
